Our personalized or made to order items may be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Incorrect: If your personalized item arrives damaged or with incorrect details, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Size: Notify us within 30 days if the size doesn't match your order, and we'll promptly send you the correct item.
Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their orders within the first 12 hours after placing the order.
However, please be aware that we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns due to delays in processing and shipping caused by the busy holiday season.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
